Thought my wheels were going to fall off my car today! OMG what a mess this street is gotten to be. What ever happened to all those promises of millions and millions of tax money to be spent fixin' up Seneca St. in SB....I mean WTF...false promises is an understatement in MHO. Get to work City of Buffalo and State of NY. How about some Federal money? Isn't Brian Higgins from her for cripes sakes, or did he move out too? Gimme a break Kennedy. What has he done. They said "give him a chance" Well we did, and look at what we get. Higher taxes and more and more fees.
