Cazenovia Street: It’s fixed, but still looks horrible
From the previous post, the pot holes were filled in the other day. The cold patch won’t last long and the City will be back out filling this spot in by mid-summer.
It’s fixed, but what a shame it still looks though.
hey don’t you have anything better to report than BAD Roads?? This is so lame, maybe focus on the rundown buildings on Seneca st and get the slum lords to fix them.

Poor infrastructure and shotty work, not just here, but throughout the City of Buffalo is an important element for focusing on. For as much as we pay in taxes, there are no excuses to have such neglected streets. Lame?
Ask yourself if the picture in this post is truly acceptable?
Councilman Kearns has assigned a new housing liason for such issues of properties, and it’s very important to him that he knows the concerns of the community. If the City doesn’t know about them, then there’s no way of fixing the problems… that’s why the Mayor’s Call & Resolution center is an excellent tool of informing our leaders of what the problems are.

You can also call 851-4890 to speak to a Citizen Services representative about Seneca Street as I have done many times before.

rundown streets = rundown buildings = rundown neighborhoods
They all go together. Nobody will put money into their buildings if the city isn’t willing to keep up the infrastructure. The commercial buildings pay higher taxes per thousand than buildings in most of the suburbs.
