  1. When they put the new street in behind me, the cable kept on getting cut (ours is buried). The solution? They ran it along top of people’s fences, along the ground, splices every 5, 6, 20 feet, whatever. I now have satellite TV.

  2. When we had those high winds two weeks ago, a tree came down and took some power lines with it.

New lines were installed, but the old ones were taken care of (as seen in the pictures).

The increased rates must be needed to cover the cost of eletrical tape & cable ties.

  3. Where exactly is this cable line? The one in the last and 2nd last picture. I will resolve this with Time Warner, if its their lines. Or is it satellite? Someone needs to contact them and inform them of the poor work that the contractor did. This is awful! I am responding especially to the last 2 pictures.
If this hasn’t been resolved, PLEASE REPLY WHERE EXACTLY THESE PROBLEMS ARE (street/address/pole # if it has one)! And with which company you believe they belong to. This is a safety hazard and is uncalled for!
On the other hand-if this has been fixed, please remove these pictures. It is not fair to the companies that have resolved these problems.
Again if you want this resolved you must give me all the information needed so that when I call I can give them the exact locations to correct these issues.

Thanks and have a great day!

  4. It’s been reported to the Mayor’s Call & Resolution Center. There will be an updated post when/if this is completely resolved.
