Ok, this is becoming stranger by the day.
I walk past this streetlight everyday, I didn't notice until today it too has a missing plate exposing its wires. Pole #2239 on Seneca Street is added to my growing list of missing streetlight covers. Is the city taking them because these poles are going to be replaced soon? If that is true, why are plates missing on North Legion Drive? Is someone stealing them for scrap metal like the drain covers from a few months back? These are the first biggest questions I have.
