Note to city workers… dangerous streetlight poles
I know Seneca Street is supposed to be getting some new street lights at some point this year but there is no excuses these should look like this in the meanwhile. The above picture doesn't have a number, but it's in front of 2056 Seneca St.
Other poles numbers on Seneca Street include 2108, 2136, 1960, 2047, and a new one that needs to be fixed is 2115 (seen in picture below)
Moving on to North Legion Drive. Just because the poles were painted in black over the green doesn't mean it covers the real condition of our city street lights (see picture below). 
(Picture below again) the plate is still missing, but someone took the time to remove the street sign higher up on the pole.
Lastly are poles 552 and 562

At one end concrete was poured and leveled, at the other end more curb and sidewalk removal.
